A group used to be a badge on a voyage. Now an advisor turns it into a real commitment: pick a target headcount and what happens if it is missed, and travellers sign up by paying the cabin's deposit — on the mini-program or on the web homepage. Every deposit is held in escrow and refunded automatically when a group does not sail.

1b93c7a9Choose a target headcount, a deadline, and the shortfall rule: “refund” (the group only sails if the target is met; otherwise every deposit goes back) or “proceed” (the group sails regardless). The rule is a contract: once the first deposit is paid, headcount, rule and deadline are frozen. Open to every advisor — no application needed.
5b24e95fPaid sign-ups show up in your group dashboard alongside confirmed bookings, and the traveller is attributed to you the moment the deposit clears. You are notified at every step — new sign-up, target met, deadline missed, bookings confirmed, deposits refunded.

5b24e95fThe advisor's homepage now shows each deposit group's rule, progress and deadline with a “Pay deposit to join” button. Pick a cabin and headcount, see the exact deposit (cabin price × deposit rate, locked at that moment), agree to the terms, and pay with WeChat Pay — in the mini-program, or by QR code on the web.
5b24e95fEvery sign-up has a plain status: awaiting payment, deposit paid, group confirmed, converted to a booking, refund in progress, refunded. Refunds happen automatically when a group does not sail — nothing to apply for.
1b93c7a9A deposit only becomes part of a booking when operations link the sign-up to a confirmed order; until then it is custody, and the ops ledger shows it as such. A group whose cabins cannot be confirmed goes straight to refund.
