Scenic

All decks

Your Scenic fare includes accommodation, all meals, beverages (including a curated wine list, beer and spirits during meals), tipping and gratuities, port charges, hotel transfers, butler service in select suites, Wi-Fi, and the daily Scenic Freechoice and Scenic Enrich shore excursion programs. Premium spirits, premium wines from the Scenic Cellar, and personal services such as the spa and salon are not included.
Smart casual is the dress code throughout the day and at dinner. Most cruises feature one informal evening (Captain's Dinner) where guests may dress up if they wish — jacket optional for gentlemen. There are no formal nights or black-tie events.
A deposit is due within 48 hours of booking, with final payment due no later than 120 days prior to departure. Cancellation fees are tiered by days-to-departure; please refer to the booking terms for the specific schedule. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
On river cruises the minimum age is generally 12 years, with younger guests considered on a case-by-case basis. On Scenic Eclipse expedition voyages the minimum age is 8 years (Antarctic and remote polar regions: 12 years). All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas on the Sun Deck. Smoking inside suites, on suite balconies, or in public indoor spaces is strictly prohibited. E-cigarettes follow the same rules as traditional smoking.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the ship, including in your suite. Connectivity speed varies with location — limited in remote polar regions on Eclipse expeditions. Streaming services may not be available in all areas.
All gratuities — for the ship's crew, expedition team and shore-side guides — are included in your fare. Additional tipping is entirely at your discretion and never expected.
An on-board medical centre with a qualified physician is available on every Scenic ship. A pre-cruise health declaration is required. Guests with mobility limitations should advise Scenic at booking — most ships are accessible, though shore excursions may have terrain restrictions, especially on Eclipse polar voyages.
All guests need a valid passport with at least 6 months' validity beyond the return date and a minimum of 2-3 blank pages. Visas are the responsibility of the guest; Scenic provides a destination-specific guide upon booking. Photocopies of all travel documents should be carried separately.
