Seabourn

Daytime attire is casual. Evenings in The Restaurant and The Grill are 'Elegant Casual' — long pants and a collared shirt for men, a dress or pant suit for women. Each cruise includes 1-2 'Formal Optional' nights when men are encouraged (but not required) to wear a dark suit or tuxedo and women a cocktail or evening dress. Outdoor venues such as The Patio and The Colonnade remain casual at all times.
Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside suites and on suite verandas; violations incur a USD 250 fine plus deep-cleaning fees. Smoking is permitted in designated areas: The Club's outdoor terrace, the Sky Bar, and the Pool Deck. Cigars are restricted to the Connoisseur's Corner and outdoor smoking zones.
Suites are equipped with both 110V US-standard outlets (Type A/B) and 220V European outlets (Type C/E). Universal travel adapters are recommended. Hairdryers are provided in every suite; irons available on request.
The onboard currency is the US dollar (USD). All onboard charges are billed to your shipboard account and settled prior to disembarkation. The account accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or cash (USD/EUR).
All gratuities are included in your cruise fare under Seabourn's all-inclusive policy — there is no expectation or requirement to tip crew, stewards, or service personnel. Optional voluntary gratuities for exceptional service remain at the guest's discretion.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided fleet-wide (in suites and public areas) with no data caps. Polar expedition routes may experience reduced bandwidth due to satellite coverage; guests are encouraged to download entertainment content in advance.
Guests must complete a health declaration prior to embarkation. Certain destinations (Russia, China, India, etc.) require advance visa arrangements. Expedition voyages (Antarctic / Arctic) carry additional medical screening requirements (guests aged 80+ or with chronic medical history must provide a physician's letter). Specific requirements are confirmed in the booking acknowledgement.
Venture and Pursuit expedition voyages do not accept children under 1 year of age. Zodiac landings require full waterproof outerwear (Parka and boots are provided complimentary onboard). All landing operations comply with IAATO and AECO guidelines; itineraries may be modified due to weather and ice conditions.
