**Itinerary Flexibility** — Antarctic itineraries are subject to weather, ice conditions, and wildlife protection regulations. The Captain and Expedition Leader may modify landings, Zodiac excursions, or routing at any time to ensure passenger safety and minimize environmental impact. **Punta Arenas Hub** — All A21 voyages embark from Punta Arenas, Chile (PUQ). Plan to arrive at least one day before departure to avoid missed connections; A21 cannot guarantee re-routing for missed embarkation due to flight delays. **Antarctic Flight (Air-Cruise only)** — The 2-hour BAe 146 charter flight Punta Arenas ↔ King George Island is weather-dependent. Delays of 1–2 days are possible; A21 maintains a contingency plan and provides hotel accommodation during weather holds. **Health & Mobility** — Passengers must be in good health. Zodiac landings require self-mobility (climbing in/out of small boats with knee-high steps). A medical questionnaire is mandatory at booking; passengers over 75 require a doctor's clearance letter. **Single Supplement** — Booking a cabin for single use carries an 85% supplement in Porthole and Veranda Cabins on Magellan Explorer, Deluxe Veranda Cabins on Magellan Discoverer, and Twin Cabins on Ocean Nova; all other cabin categories incur a 100% supplement. Dedicated Single Cabins, when available, are sold without supplement. Twin Share (room shared with a same-gender stranger, arranged by Antarctica21) is available on Magellan Explorer in Porthole/Veranda Cabins and on Ocean Nova in Twin Cabins at no supplement.
