PC-6 Polar-Class Hull

Venture and Pursuit are Seabourn's first vessels engineered specifically for polar navigation. Their PC-6 (Polar Class 6) hulls allow safe transit through ice up to ~1 meter thick; an advanced dynamic-positioning system enables precise station-keeping without anchoring.

26 Expedition Specialists Onboard

An expedition team of approximately 26 polar scientists, biologists, geologists, historians and photographers travels with every voyage, leading daily lectures, landing briefings, Zodiac excursions and wildlife identification.

Submarines + Helicopters + 24 Zodiacs

Each ship carries two 6-passenger SEAmagine U-Boat submersibles (max depth 300m), two Airbus H145 helicopters, and 24 Zodiac landing craft — delivering land, sea and air dimensions of expedition discovery.
